Maintenance is absolutely phenomenal here. They are kind, courteous, friendly, and skilled at what they do. They have the tools to get the job done and are responsive based entirely on the priority. The maintenance guy who has helped me the last few times deserves recognition for his stellar work.

Love the spacious layout of these apartments with the attached garage! Very convenient location close by grocery stores, shopping outlets, & restaurants! The management team was very friendly when I had stopped by for a tour.

Iâve loved living here! Weâve been here for a year and have no complaints. Our apartment was very clean when we moved in. We have only had a few minor things break and maintenance came and fixed it in a timely manner. The office staff has been really kind and accommodating. Considering how expensive apartments are in Lehi right now, the cost of rent is very reasonable. I would absolutely recommend living here!
