Al was friendly and efficient. He told me what was wrong and got it all fixed. Not only did he turn on my AC he made sure it was running at the right temperature too.

One of the best apartment complexes around the area. Not only is it in close proximity to a grocery store (Harmonâs), but also to the Traverse Mountain Outlets. Al Schriefer is the Lead Maintenance man that help us when we need it. He is so kind and personable. I really appreciate his care in his craft and his work. He has a keen eye for detail and his problem solving is amazing! It helps having someone so knowledgeable and kind around when theyâre needed. Definitely an added perk to living here, on top of all the other perks and amenities.
