It is a very peacefull apartment. Management was very helpful and the maintenence worker kevin is on point when he come by and does work. I had several problems with the dishwasher and sink and it took him only a few minutes to fix the issue. Love the place and love the maintenence workers

Lived here for about a year. The staff was hospitable and maintenance requests were addressed promptly. I never had to worry about any issues going unresolved. One of the highlights was the ample parking available, making it really convenient for guests to visit without the usual hassle of having to find an unreserved parking spot, which is so frustratingly common with other complexes in Utah. The location is also pretty nice. Being close to the city as well as right next to Harmons Grocery made it easy for me to run errands or grab a quick bite to eat without having to travel very far. The view of the city from my apartment was stunning, and the colorful architecture of the buildings here creates a bright and cheery atmosphere that is very welcoming. I enjoyed my time here and would recommend this place over other apartment complexes Iâve stayed in while living in Utah so far.
