Had a problem with my garage door not opening let the office know .matinance got right on it had it fixed in a timely matter

My guess is that most people who leave 1 star reviews are bad tenants. Cresthaven has been nothing but awesome! Adam in the front office has always been super nice and accommodating and Kevin the maintenance guy has always done a great job! Proof that he's done a great job is that I've never even met him. I call the front office, they schedule Kevin and I come home from work and it's fixed. No charge. No hassle. The only downside is the stupid media package like really in this day and age renters can still get away with charging for this garbage we don't want and doesn't work?

Renters beware. Their high rating is from a lot of fake accounts. Leaving no actual review. These apartments are nice on the inside and out and the location is great. However, when moving out they will hit you with a bunch of cleaning fees regardless of how well you cleaned the apartment. They never did a walk through or provide any documentation to me of how âdirtyâ the apartment was. I got over a $600 cleaning fee. Also, if you plan on moving out make sure you give them the notice ahead of the 60 days and if you give them a 60 day notice and itâs not on the first. Be prepared to pay another months rent. If you donât decide to pay their cleaning fees which are completely outrageous, they will send a lawyer to contact you. Never lived in a more shady ran apartment then this.

I had some repairs that needed to be done, and Al and Kevin were incredibly helpful. They responded to every concern promptly and got the issues resolved the right way. I am grateful to have such a great maintenance crew. I feel cared for here!

Lived here for two years and today was the first time Iâve had a wonderful maintenance experience. Alan Schreifer was so amazing and friendly. He was in and out so fast, answered my questions, and got the job done. Hope all my maintenance interactions are with Alan

Our water heater went out right before a huge snow storm and Al, the head of maintenance, got it replaced quicker then I could have asked for.
