I lived there for 3 years and particularly appreciate Scott Rollins' (Property Manager) customer service and good management. This is a beautiful community, great apartments, good appliances, good pool, nice grounds, excellent location. Cons: large mandatory fees (including landline phone service *hello 1995*), and large community-related utilities. Overall, a good option.

Everyone was amazing with move in and bent over backwards to help when we had issues during our move between Georgia and here. Everythingâs beautiful and the staff is incredible.
