This is one of my friends' apartments, so this is a second-hand experience, but I think this place is a pretty good apartment building. I can't actually say if it is worth the cost or not, but with the cost, you get: A. A nice apartment, with a decent kitchen and living space. B. Good and reliable WiFi and power. C. A big playground and pool area.

The property manager @ Lincoln Station entered my apartment while I was in the shower. At first, I was given an option to renew my lease, and then I said something to the property owner regarding the incident. On the same day, the lease renewal abruptly turned into a NOTICE TO VACATE. Their timing is suspicious and MALICIOUS. Maybe they think if they kick me out I won't say anything to the authorities?? BEFORE you rent from these people, make sure you understand what you are getting into. In the FIRST winter of living here, the pipes froze and they wanted me to buy antifreeze to put in the bathtub. The garbage overflows and they don't do much about it. There are about 5 unpaid parking spaces, if you live here you will pay EXTRA for parking. They UP CHARGE the internet. 100 MBPS for $120. The neighborhood next to us pays $65 directly to Xfinity and get gigabit speed. These people are ugly inside and take advantage of the less fortunate, many of which don't have any other options. I have notified a few housing agencies in UT and supplied them with all parties names involved. God bless and stay safe from these scammers.

Outdated and they will give you the apartment very filthy and expect you to give it to them very clean. If not, they will charge you a bunch of fees. The walls are very thin and we could hear everything our neighbors were doing, the pool is very disgusting and the gym is small with old equipment. Everyone at the office has attitude when youâre asking them any sort of question. No sort of communication between management or maintenance. Theyâre constantly painting the outside of the apartments, and the painters are always yelling at you to park somewhere else. During the summer we had no AC for almost 2 weeks and they couldnât get anyone to come and fix it. We also had a light that went out in the kitchen, and it took almost a month to get a replacement.When we moved in, it smelled like casino with all the smoke and we have two small children. They never cared or bothered to do anything about it. They charge you real estate tax every month. Whatever you do, do not move here thereâs much better places that are actually luxury with the same price or even cheaper. These are the pictures how we received the apartment the toilet was disgusting. The shower was even worse it had leftover hair from every resident whose ever lived in there. And they just paint over everything, when we moved in, there was still tape from the painters.

Management and front office staff are all good to work with. Maintenance team are on top of everything Great community to live at with great views 10/10 star :-)
