Loved living on Traverse Mtn and the apartments were nice. Maintenance was responsive and friendly but would often take a few days to deal with an issue. Dealing with moving out and getting deposits and refunds was a headacheâunfortunately the staff was less helpful after we moved out.

Been here for two and a half weeks now, and since I'd moved from another state then I was able to handle everything digitally. There were a few repairs they had to address after I moved in, but they've already fixed everything. The apartments look great and even my 1-bed 1-bath is spacious and clean. Pros: You get the choice to rent a garage or use the open parking. Maintenance and repairs are resolved within a week of being reported. Wifi and satelite tv is included. There's a small gym, pool, and several dumpsters. You can text the apartment personnel with questions. Its less than 2 miles from everything you need and less than 10miles from alternatives. Cons: The pool is only open from 10am-10pm, which doesn't make sense to me and makes it unavailable due to my work schedule.
