Quick response, fixed the main issue quickly and even fixed another issue I didn't even see myself. Friendly and great service.

Kayla, in the office, was kind, prompt and helpful. Kevin, on the service team, was responsive, effective and quick. Thanks to them both.

This was a relatively easy move-in process. The only hiccup was the setting up of the internet. Other than that we love our new place.

First attempt at fixing the washing machine made it worse, second time was a no show.

This round of maintenance request was better than the last, in that someone actually showed up. There was no notice. A mess was left in the home and my dishwasher is still not drying my dishes. Thanks
