Terrible place to live. Unit was nice but staff doesn't seem helpful and they will take advantage of you. Was decent when i moved in but that was 3 years ago. Dont know what they changed. Would recommend highly not living here.

Love the spacious layout of these apartments with the attached garage! Very convenient location close by grocery stores, shopping outlets, & restaurants! The management team was very friendly when I had stopped by for a tour.

Iâve loved living here! Weâve been here for a year and have no complaints. Our apartment was very clean when we moved in. We have only had a few minor things break and maintenance came and fixed it in a timely manner. The office staff has been really kind and accommodating. Considering how expensive apartments are in Lehi right now, the cost of rent is very reasonable. I would absolutely recommend living here!

DON'T MOVE HERE!!!!! If you want to have days without sleep and constant worries, I recommend moving here I give them one star because unfortunately it cannot be rated 0 This luxurious complex only has the name, terrible service from administrators who cannot even express your discontent because they prohibit you from approaching the office I have been having problems with my front door for more than 2 months and no one has done anything about it despite approaching me repeatedly, they will charge you extra charges that they cannot even explain to you, they increase the price of your rental to justify said fees which is unacceptable, Jessica and the other assistant are completely unprofessional and despite it being their mistake they will not care at all what your situation is I attach images of their false and high prices and how my door is still there despite having communicated it, they have not offered me any solution to not give a deposit and they are simply going to charge you high fees for a cleaning service that does not exist. THE WORST PLACE TO LIVE

Si Quieren tener dÃas sin dormir y preocupaciones constantes les recomiendo mudarse aquà Les doy una estrella porque lastimosamente no se puede calificar 0 Este complejo de lujoso solo tiene el nombre,pésimo servicio de parte de lastimosamente administradoras que ni siquiera puedes expresar tu descontento porque te prohiben acercarte a la oficina Tengo problemas con mi puerta principal hace más de 2 meses y nadie a hecho nada al respecto a pesar de acercarme en reiteradas ocasiones,te cobrarán cargos extras que ni siquiera te podrán explicar aumentan el precio de tu arrendamiento para justificar dichos fees lo cual es inaceptable,Jessica y la otra asistente son completamente improfesionales y a pesar de ser su error no les importará nada cuál sea tu situación adjunto imágenes de sus precios falsos y elevados y de cómo aún sigue mi puerta a pesar de haberlo comunicado no me han brindado ninguna solución para no entregar depósito y simplemente te van a cobrar cargos altos por un servicio de limpieza que no existe.
