Lived here a year. Really loved the open floor plan/layout of the 1 bedroom apartment. Plenty of cabinet space in the kitchen and a huge walk in closet that fit some big bins of camping/backpacking materials. Good neighborhoods to walk your dog around and plenty of parks up and down the road. We were pretty low-key residents so we never had any issues with management or maintenance. Main downsides were that we lived right above the garage and we could always hear and feel when the doors were opening and closing. If you're a light sleeper, I'd suggest either living on the top floor or basement floor with no garage under you. Another down side was that there are some pretty hefty and mandatory cleaning fees upon move out. We cleaned the apartment weekly, we were careful with not putting holes in the walls, and had minimal to NO damage after living a year but we still only got about $150/$500. I wish we could have lived in Cresthaven longer but we had to move for work reasons. Good, clean, friendly apartment.

Great place to live, friendly staff, and helpful maintenance. I’ve been having problems with my garbage disposal. Opened up a work order and 15 minutes later the maintenance supervisor arrived at my door. He was great, fixed the problem and now it’s humming right along. Thanks for the great service.

Our garage door was broken, and the supervisor fixed it the next day even came to my door to talk to me after! They were so quick to get it fixed!

Actually we loved our apartment Amazing views. The only thing I wish it had, was a linen closet. But that isn't the management's fault. We miss Cresthaven. We had to move out of state and can't find a place even close to the quality of Cresthaven

For rent that rivals a mortgage, I don’t understand why the grass common areas remain littered with dog feces for months on end. It’s truly disgusting and a health hazard. Despite paying a mandatory grounds fee and repeatedly asking management to clean the grounds, 0 action has been done to clean it up.There is plastic trash that has been entangled in some of the property trees for over a year. At this point it’s stealing to charge us for grounds maintenance.

Overall the experience at the traverse mountain location was great. However they gave me a packet at move in that the apartment had to be professionally cleaned upon move out. I paid to have the apartment cleaned. Then once I received my move out fees I was charged for cleaning again. I sent videos of the cleaners cleaning but because it wasn’t up to there standards they charged me again. So what was the point of me paying to have it cleaned. In my opinion they are just trying to squeeze every dime out of you that they can. I was charged for $150 of paint when the only thing in the walls was small nail holes that they again said in the move in packet was acceptable. Also in what world does it cost $150 for paint. I would never recommend anyone moving here. And I will tel everyone I know about this experience.

I lived here for 2.5 years. I mostly loved it but for the price point I can’t give more than 3 stars. it wasn’t a perfect experience. It’s definitely not free of noise if the people living below you aren’t careful with doors, etc, etc, etc. should be quieter at this price point. Also, they have no interest in being flexible or helping you out if you are in a tuff situation financially or otherwise. If you throw money at them they are fantastic, kind and extremely helpful. Their move in charges are dishonest. Most of the 1000+ charges are needless and take advantage of the tenant. You only get 200 back if you clean everything really well and leave 0 damage. They are not focused on the tenants best interest when it comes to money. Example, they did a massive project to repaint the outside of the buildings when it was not needed. They absolutely have the funds to reduce fees, be flexible at times, and do minor repairs and cleaning at their own cost after moving out. I was able to professionally install nice new carpet in two of my parents large bedrooms for less than one month of rent at this place. They don’t have to charge as much as they do. It’s gross. But if you’re loaded and you can get a top level apartment with respectful people below who don’t pound around and have crazy kids than it’s an absolutely amazing place to live. (FYI, I’m abnormally sensitive to sound). It’s places like these that perpetuate inequality. We all deserve a decent place to live at reasonable cost. this was not that.

Andrea from the draper Crest Haven apartments was such a joy to work with. I give her 5 stars because she deserves it. It felt like she went above and beyond for us to find our new place. She was great with her customer service and explaining EVERYTHING to us. Sometimes multiple times for us. She was quick to get everything accomplished for us in a weekend. We are very pleased so far with Crest Haven apartments and looking forward to living here. Thank you so much for your help. We really appreciate you!
