Just visiting but the place is very nice, only bad thing about it is that it's widely apparent that the tenants here don't clean up after their dogs. It's everywhere, grass, gravel areas and even on sidewalks

It took forever for maintenance to fix issues and the hot tubs were always having problems especially with extreme dirty water and green slime buildup. But the apartment was exactly what we needed for the time we lived there. Management was extremely helpful when I had questions, it is quite expensive to live there but all in all it wasnât that bad of an experience.

It was ok, the apartment was filthy when we moved in so we had to clean it. Any other complaints we had (about some pre-existing damage we came across, and a mouse that was living there) the staff was quick to respond, so that's a plus. The floors have little sound protection so we heard everything upstairs and we constantly got sound complaints from downstairs. I'm sure there are nice people that live there, but after a year being there we had yet to find them.

I lived in Cresthaven from 2018 to 2021 while I was trying to figure out where to build a house. It was generally a good place to live. Having said that, my reason for the 1-star review is because they had a ton of issues with their online payment portal which cost me a lot of late fees. They switched platforms multiple times, so I would set up auto pay, just in time for them to change it again and then charge late fees when the auto pay didnât go through. They were great about accepting rent in other ways initially. When I was having a hard time I could just call over there and theyâd help me take it over the phone. Then one day I called in because I couldnât get the online portal to work properly and they wouldnât help me anymore. . . Then the next day they charged me a couple hundred dollar late fee knowing full well that I was trying to make the payment. The living experience was fine, the payment process was a disaster and they took ad advantage of people like me who were happy to make it but werenât able to. I donât know whether their service philosophy came from the ownership group or from management, but it was bad either way.
