The staff is great. Especially the maintenance crew. Very quick and friendly. Josh has been super helpful in fixing a few things in my apartment.

I love our maintenance crew! They're perfectionists through & through. They're always polite, courteous and use the upmost care & respect fixing items in my home. Not to mention, they leave our grounds & facilities immaculate. GIVE THEM A RAISE!

Worst Management! Very rude and greedy. The location of the apartments is great and that’s about it. Nothing else about Cresthaven is great. They have old/low quality appliances installed. The apartments are not super clean when leased yet you will be charged a hefty amount when you leave. No matter how professionally you clean the apartment, it will always be dirty for them and they will say the the charges are fair and justified. Posting the review late but better late than never!
