The management is really bad and not helpful at all. They took a 500$ bill on our move out plus 200$ security fee(refundable) was also kept as cleaning fee. The discounts they give you at move-in are taken back as move out charges plus the refundable deposit. The apartment was left in shining conditions with no scratches . They take $125 mandatory media package charges even if you don't have a tv and don't require it . There emergency helpline is useless, no-one picks the call over weekend. If the fire alarm is beeping every 30 sec and making a headache to resident for the entire Sat && Sun then management says you have to LIVE with it . The community doesn't have enough lights open on the floor and in the society near the basketball court at night. They keep the lights off to save electricity even if you fall on the stairs while carrying grocery. You have to ask them thousand of times for basic maintenance request before they get completed. On top of that they take 20$ property tax from renters . The property tax is only paid when you have buy the property and they have been stealing thousands of dollars every month from our pockets(tenants) . I never understood why I paid 20$ property tax as a renter. They have weird reasons if you ask them. As I said property management is not good. The only good thing is it has an awesome view of the entire Lehi City from top of the mountain . The location is the best . If i could give them rating then I would give them a 0 rating . I attached the photos of the apartment in which it was left after move out . If this is not shining conditions for them then I donât think what is .

Excellent maintenance and the office is run smoothly. Calls are returned immediately, although someone is always there to pick up usually. The location is perfect and the apartments are very well kept and maintained. They are very diligent with any requests or complaints. I love it here.

Great location, great apartment but we were charged when moving out instead of getting any deposit back at all. Absolutely spotless, cleaned it floor to ceiling more than asked for. Getting a charge for things that were clean on top of the ridiculous amount to move out already is ridiculous!
