The place looks nice and it's a VERY friendly neighborhood. Though it looks nice, the appliances were very poor quality. The washer never really washed your clothes. With half a laundry basket of clothes, I still had to dry my clothes 5 different times. I had to call maintenance way too much! The neighbors didn't always pick up after there dogs and the office didn't do anything about it for a while. While covid was at its peak, they limited people to 10 people in the pool and only for an hour. Totally fine with that but the same people everyday went there and stayed all day! Not sharing any of the pool for the other people. And the office paid no attention to that. I never used that pool. They charged me for cable that I never used. Also got my own renters insurance that I told them about buy they continued to charge me for their own insurance. The neighbors were too friendly. Old men asking to do doggie play dates was way too weird for a 22 year old. I lived on the first floor and I like to keep my window blinds open for my plants. The neighbors little kids running around were always peeking inside the windows giving me no privacy. Definitely not worth the $1650 rent. As I was moving the office said my apartment smelt like cigarettes went they looked through it. I hate the smell of cigarettes but all the neighbors around me smoked! And I think they are going to charge me for it. Highly don't recommend.

I would not rent here again. I read the reviews and ignored some that mentioned constantly needing maintenance. Well, I’ve learned my lesson. We have only lived here about 5 months and we’ve had our dishwasher, microwave, and front door break. Maintenance had to come by FIVE times to fix the dishwasher and microwave still doesn’t work sporadically. Front door is now broken. We’ve also had many problems with dog poop all over the grass outside our apartment and have stepped in it MULTIPLE times while taking our dog out. Also, the “dogs on leash” policy is not enforced and we’ve had our nervous dog accosted multiple times by dogs off leash. It’s frustrating, being that we do everything we can to clean up after our dog and ensure we’re giving other dogs space, but it doesn’t help. We’ve informed the office of this and have not seen an improvement. The front office staff seem nice, but they rarely are helpful and do not offer any apologies or work to change anything. Somehow, they can manage to text the residents almost weekly, but can’t send a reminder to pet owners to clean up after themselves? Not to mention, severing your contract is outrageously expensive with them and they are next to no help in figuring out how to do this. These apartments are also priced at a premium, requiring a media package we don’t even use, and amenities that are closed due to coronavirus. No, I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone and suggest you read reviews and do research before signing a contract here.

Too expensive, not just the rent but other costs like common area maintenance fee ($45-50 per month). They also force an internet-cable-telephone package that costs an insane $150pm package on you; there is no way to choose your own internet package. Management is a bit rude and not flexible at times with employee incentives etc. felt happy to move out. The cleaning fee during move out was also crazy, they took all the $300 deposit plus charged $250 on top although I kept the apt quite clean having used it for a year. Apartments typically use funds from the rent for very minor cleanliness issues; but such things are unheard of here.

I have very much enjoyed the almost year I have lived in the Cresthaven Apartment Complex. The maintenance and management teams are absolutely outstanding! They have always been very friendly, personable, professional, and go above and beyond to help the residents with any of their needs. Cresthaven is a very well kept and beautiful complex. The maintenance team members are very knowledgable with regards to fixing just about anything, and are again very friendly and efficient. Shopping, groceries, mall, coffee shops, restaurants/bars, are all in walking distance. I have awesome neighbors, nice amenities (pool, gym, hot tubs, playground, bbq area, basketball court, running/hiking trail, and clubhouse with a pool table!). Oh, and I shouldn't forget to mention the gorgeous views! Think I'll stay awhile :)

Very beautiful area with a lot of places to visit nearby. I enjoyed living in between salt lake and Utah county, plus being right by the freeway is nice! The apartments are very comfortable and home-like inside. The community is amazing and there are always activities for adults and kids! The ward here is AWESOME!! My only complaints were the owners and the management. My wife and 3 other people spent 3 hours deep cleaning the apartment when we moved out and they still charged us for a cleaning. It was very clear while we lived here that the owner/management goes out of their way to ding you for whatever cost they can. When paying rent online, they charge you an extra fee every time you pay online. The garage is an extra $100 per month that they never told us about. Was also a little frustrated about HAVING to pay for phone/tv/internet when we rarely watched tv and never used the phone line. Also, the internet is pretty slow and went out a few times a year. All-in-all, I might recommend living here if you can get along with management and don’t mind extra random-like fees.
