I lived there for 3 years and particularly appreciate Scott Rollins' (Property Manager) customer service and good management. This is a beautiful community, great apartments, good appliances, good pool, nice grounds, excellent location. Cons: large mandatory fees (including landline phone service *hello 1995*), and large community-related utilities. Overall, a good option.

They didn't comply with covid statutes. They keep closing the office when rent is due. Very rude staff, highest fees I've seen in 2 years. The internet doesn't work and there's no service. It's 70 bucks though for 20 mbps and plenty of lag. Basically, if you'd like the worst renting experience, they are it.
