Having lived in Cresthaven apartments for five years I can say the office and maintenance staff were personable and professional; I always enjoyed going in to the office. The apartments are a beautiful open concept. I loved the size of the windows and spacious kitchens, not to mention the views. Thank you Cresthaven for making our time with you a pleasant one and for working with us when transferring to a larger apartment. Thanks again!

Very beautiful area with a lot of places to visit nearby. I enjoyed living in between salt lake and Utah county, plus being right by the freeway is nice! The apartments are very comfortable and home-like inside. The community is amazing and there are always activities for adults and kids! The ward here is AWESOME!! My only complaints were the owners and the management. My wife and 3 other people spent 3 hours deep cleaning the apartment when we moved out and they still charged us for a cleaning. It was very clear while we lived here that the owner/management goes out of their way to ding you for whatever cost they can. When paying rent online, they charge you an extra fee every time you pay online. The garage is an extra $100 per month that they never told us about. Was also a little frustrated about HAVING to pay for phone/tv/internet when we rarely watched tv and never used the phone line. Also, the internet is pretty slow and went out a few times a year. All-in-all, I might recommend living here if you can get along with management and donât mind extra random-like fees.

I moved in about 6 months ago and I have been more than pleased with this apartment complex! The staff is very nice and extremely helpful! The grounds are well kept and the apartments themselves are beautiful! My kitchen and my view are my favorite things! The kitchen has granite countertops and tons of cabinet space! The view is phenomenal, I lucked out with location for sure! It's also conveniently located near tons of shopping and dining which is great...maybe not for my wallet! I would highly recommend!!!
