Very beautiful area with a lot of places to visit nearby. I enjoyed living in between salt lake and Utah county, plus being right by the freeway is nice! The apartments are very comfortable and home-like inside. The community is amazing and there are always activities for adults and kids! The ward here is AWESOME!! My only complaints were the owners and the management. My wife and 3 other people spent 3 hours deep cleaning the apartment when we moved out and they still charged us for a cleaning. It was very clear while we lived here that the owner/management goes out of their way to ding you for whatever cost they can. When paying rent online, they charge you an extra fee every time you pay online. The garage is an extra $100 per month that they never told us about. Was also a little frustrated about HAVING to pay for phone/tv/internet when we rarely watched tv and never used the phone line. Also, the internet is pretty slow and went out a few times a year. All-in-all, I might recommend living here if you can get along with management and don’t mind extra random-like fees.

It's a decent place to live, but I think classifying it as "luxury" is a bit of a stretch. Appliances and fixtures (electrical and plumbing) are very basic...

Please don’t move here. The only reason I gave them even one star is because you can’t give them a zero. The staff is extremely unresponsive, rude, and just out for your money. I lived here when they first built this complex and loved it, although they seemed really particular when I first moved out about professional carpet cleaning and such I liked the staff and overall the apartment was nice and I didn’t have any issues. That is why I was so shocked when I moved in the second time and my carpets were stained, the apartment smelt horrible, the bathroom was nasty with build up on the inside of the tub and 2 big cracks in the bathroom sink, none of the binds looked like they had been cleaned since it was built and other basics that I was expected to clean before leaving. The appliances in the home are cheap, the dishwasher never cleaned our dishes, our stove top always gave off smoke when you first started it even though it was clean, the dryer never worked and all the windows are not well insulated so it gets extremely cold in the winter and you hear A TON of wind whistling from all the windows. To top it off we turned in our 60day noticed, checked with the office twice to make sure they still had our move out date. Then in the middle of our last month we were told that they don’t have it, and that they never received it, when it was given to them and we checked with them multiple times that we were good to go and was even given a move out charge list. We were then told that we would be responsible for two more months of rent for their mistake. After calling the office over and over, leaving messages with the staff each time and sending emails I couldn’t get the manager on the phone. Finally I called extremely frustrated, told them that I wanted a call back (yet again) that I had been emailing and calling I received an email back from the manager not addressing the fact that I asked for a call. I called as soon as I got the email and was told he was out of the office, yet again. Finally the office manager called me the next day, he listened to my frustration but didn’t really care that it was their mistake but I asked them to wave the month to month fee for the mistake. Which he was able to approve through his manager and sent me confirmation with the total that I was expected to pay. After all that I called the office again to see if breaking the lease would be cheaper and I got told, yet again, they didn’t have my 60day official added. But after looking through our emails they would accept the date that I was told was my “responsibility”. They also told me the last month they would prorate and when we went in it wasn’t, we had to go back and get it fixed. They also asked for the carpets to be cleaned, then decided to charge me for the carpets to be replaced, because apparently they just rip out carpet (sometimes) when you move out. Even though we told them the carpets were stained when we moved in. All and all, they told me that they never lose paper work and that they are a busy office and they keep all their information straight, but they have proven thats also a lie and they are just out for the money. Please please don’t move here, it’s appalling how horribly their mistakes magically cost you.
