The apartments are located in a nice and aesthetic area however, they aren’t worth the price you pay. For a one bedroom, one bath the rent is around $1400 and that doesn’t include electric and gas. They require you to pay for a phone and cable service which costs around $70. For the price you pay, the overall quality of the apartment isn’t very well built. If you live in the bottom unit, you can hear your neighbors walking in the unit above you. Essentially, they seem to just be in it for the money.

The entire staff is very nice and kind. Community is also good. They have some events every month, it is fun, too!

Best management I've ever come across. I've never seen an office run so seamlessly. Never experienced an office like yours where the phones calls are answered and don't go to voicemail, and have my emails returned on the same day. Maintenance is awesome too and come the very day after. Not one negative thing to say, and that's very very rare. Thanks! Monique
