When we moved in, the apartment wasnât clean, the drip pans werenât new, even though when we moved out we had to replace them. The appliances are cheap, the stove & oven didnât heat evenly, the dishwasher didnât clean right. The washer & dryer were decent though. We lived right by the pool and there would be people in the pool after 10 pm curfew and nobody came and kick them out. There were nights when people were there till midnight. People would bring their dog into the pool area and then get mouthy when it was pointed out politely that it wasnât sanitary. There was dog poop everywhere! Nobody seems to pick up after their dog and the apartment management seem to not care. No dog park as it was advertised on their website when we moved in (that has now been removed from the site). When we moved out we werenât able to get paint to do touch ups and were told that weâd have to pay for paint no matter what, didnât get a choice. Maintenance staff was very nice though and took care of things quickly, so that was good. But all in all it seemed that management didnât seem to care about the tenants, just what we paid them (which they charged you for everything they possibly can get away with).

Friendly staff, very patient with our 2 yr old little girl who was making a fuss, very helpful and flexible throughout the whole move in process. Apartments themselves are beautiful and new. Cannot say anything negative- love it here!

I LOVE my new apartment! I've been here almost a month and I am so happy with my decision to move here. The apartment is clean, spacious, and modern. I feel like the price was very reasonable for the size and location. The office staff are wonderful to work with and have been incredibly helpful. I noticed a few minor maintenance issues when I moved in and they were all taken care of in less than 24 hours by a maintenance staff member who was incredibly friendly and helpful as well. The property is beautiful and I love exploring all the walking trails along the property and surrounding neighborhoods with my dog. I will say that being sandwiched between garages below me and a neighbor upstairs, I do get a little bit more noise than I expected but it really hasnt been a problem. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking, in fact I introduced a friend to the complex and she moved in last week! *Update: Not sure if maybe the garages below got a good dose of W-D40 or if I've just gotten used to things, but I hardly notice any noise now and I'm still loving the apartment! :)
