Cresthaven is a great apartment community! The apartment was very clean when we moved in and I love the layout of our 2 bedroom apartment! Tatum who is part of the management staff was very friendly and helpful!

Absolute Crooks! Donât make the mistake that we did. From the maintenance workers hitting on your spouse, outrageous rent prices, (We found a bigger home with an additional bedroom and 1 1/2 additional bathrooms for $500 less per month!) to bogus move out charges. Tha absolute worst âneighborsâ I have ever had the displeasure of living near. Management refused to do anything about noise complaints. Grounds are FILTHY with dog waste. You canât walk on any of the common grass areas with getting your shoes caked with poo. The area is decent and the apartment itself was decent, but not with the price. Avoid this place like the plague. You will 100% rue the day you moved in and cherish the day you move out.

It's the nice place to live but there is MAJOR issue with mail delivery. Counteless amount of packages disapearing, says delivered in lockers but never found. Management is aware of the issue but was not solved.

Place is a scam the internet here is $130 a month and it never works. Donât even have enough internet to watch Netflix or listen to music have to hotspot everything from phone. This is extremely unethical and you should be refunding the people you are screwing over. This place is a joke.
