Move in was great! Staff was so helpful in answering all my questions and had everything ready for me at move in to make it a great experience, excited for the rest of my lease with them :)

Cresthaven sucks!!! DO NOT MOVE IN!!! Looks nice and all but they are MONEY HUNGRY!! Thought we would be done with that place once we moved out but they took our down deposit which was $500 and added another $400 on top of that. We chose not to pay it because that place was spot clean and now they are trying to take us to court. MONEY HUNGRY!!! May look fancy but the management don’t inform you on a lot things. For example, if you want to end your contract, you need to go into the office and sign a paper 90 days before you move out (they don’t inform you on that) I found out by reading their ratings... and not only do you have to go in to sign but everyone in that apartment. They didn’t tell me that either, I had to ask to make sure my contract didn’t automatically renew. AFTER they told me my rent for December was already paid for and in January I had to pay double rent because apparently they were wrong and instead of taking the fall for it, they made it my problem. So I had to scramble for rent money because I thought I had paid for December because an employee in the office had told me that. Nothing but bad news there.

Love the location, management is great. However i feel like itâs alittle too overpriced. We live on the 3rd floor and our garage is basically down the street and having 3 kids all under the age of 4, itâs an inconvenience having to take them all down and then walk down to our garage to get in the car. (I suggest, if you have kids, definitely ask for the second or first floor with the attached garage). But other than that, love living here.
