Love the location, management is great. However i feel like it’s alittle too overpriced. We live on the 3rd floor and our garage is basically down the street and having 3 kids all under the age of 4, it’s an inconvenience having to take them all down and then walk down to our garage to get in the car. (I suggest, if you have kids, definitely ask for the second or first floor with the attached garage). But other than that, love living here.

We lived here for six months while our house was being built. We lived in a building that was sliding down the mountain so our building was being worked on which means constant noises. It was winter and we couldn’t use our garage because it was also being worked on which meant we have to scrape our car every morning which was a huge inconvenience. Our whole half of the complex was a mess. We had to park on the opposite side and hike into our apartment every day with groceries and three children, one who was on oxygen so we were also carrying an oxygen tank. It was a nightmare and they did little to compensate. When we moved out they charged us $80 for holes in the walls. The funny thing was we had literally no decorations with us since they were in storage while we waited for our house to be built. Never put a single nail or pin in any wall. Super frustrating. The apartments are poorly built and poorly insulated. All the windows are nice for light but make the apartment FREEZING in the winter. The location seems nice but the area is just too busy. So much traffic every where. The restaurants are always packed.
