I was interested in this place because it was "Pet Friendly" I came to look at some apartments, talked to a few of the renters here, they told me that Cresthaven posts that they are dog friendly and have a dog park online (FALSE ADVERTISING) but that Cresthaven fines people if their dog is off their leash. It makes me wonder what other kind of information they are lying about. Yeah no thank you!

I am so done with Cresthaven Apartments, we have had so many issues with them and now we're hearing that they have been taking pictures of my underage kids playing with our dogs (which is technically legal since it is their property). However, I am very interested in seeing the evidence because if the images and videos were not taken by a Cresthaven employee we can pursue legal action against those that took the pictures. This is not our first strike with the Cresthaven management team. There's been another issue where their Hawaiian worker has come into my home (without providing the 24 hour notification that they should have by law), while I was away and my wife and daughters were home. My wife did not answer the door because she was in the shower and they just walked in. This is very unsafe; we do not know who these people are. Ashley and Ryan, if the two of you are looking into speaking to a lawyer about this and any other issues you have with Cresthaven please let me know.

I love the location! What makes it a rough spot are all of the policies. There are several rules and guidelines that aren't enforced and others that are....
