I've recently tried to contact this community multiple times to get information on leasing an apartment for my family. and i haven't been called back or even any kind of communication. I was very excited to move into this community due to the location, and the perfect accessibility to local shops, but if there is no communication. just reading some of the reviews I'm a little turn off by the fact of how management sounds. Guess ill be looking into seasons.

I wanted to give a zero review, but there is no option for that one here. The management is not responsible. I think they don't have better skills to maintain the apartments. Don't have proper security systems. When they were doing construction work there was an incident where a rock fall on my car which i parked infront of the garage. So i went to the office and said the incident they said that it's not their responsibility, and didn't give any proper response for that one.even said they didn't have surveillance and i ended up paying for what wasn't even my fault. over $2,000 of my own money for their lack of surveillance. They charge more for the apartments & don't know how to maintain them. Especially the manager who is not polite to the tenants. He thinks that he is the owner for that community. Trying to act above his PAY-GRADE. This is the worst apartments i ever lived. Charging fee's for CAMERAS but no use we don't have any CAMERA SYSTEMS. If someone murdered outside also no one will know about it who did it. It's not the better place to RENT it for sure. Especially the management needs to be changed. They will work exactly 6. I went to talk about one incident they kick you out after 6 without any hesitation. They just working for money not for satisfaction of the tenants. I had been living here for the past 2 years. I never expected i treated like this. They can't communicate in an orderly manner, and only leave announcements outside your door where they fly away with these heavy winds on the mountain.. I am really disappointed to have been treated so unfairly by this community. I would rather pay less and have decent management then this overpaid community which isn't run well.
