DO NOT RENT. I can only speak for my apartment here, but itâs horrible. When I first moved in, they said the way the apartments are built, you canât hear any outside noises (including your neighbors). I should have read the reviews.
Not only can I hear my upstairs neighbor open their shower curtain, flush their toilets (in both their bathrooms), turn on their sink, close their doors, walk around, and take a shower, I can hear the neighbor behind me as well. My couch shakes when the people UPSTAIRS walk around their apartment, and my floor shakes when I walk across, rattling the sofa table and dinner table. Now, I am only 5â5â and weigh less than 130 pounds..I can hear every single vehicle that drives by at every time of day (yes, even the middle of the night). To say sleep is a distant memory is an understatement.
The place was disgustingly dirty when I moved in (noted in our paperwork) but yet I will be charged upon move out for a cleaning fee? Makes senses, not. Thereâs a constant dripping sound in my bathroom when the HVAC unit comes on, whether heating or cooling, that wasnât there before. Some neighbors have mentioned the same. The water heater is in the apartment, and makes the LOUDEST noises. The place LOOKS nice, but itâs actually falling apart .... just read the other reviews. They overcharge for what you get. Then say âitâs an apartment complex, itâs hard to get it quietâ. I would agree with that, except have NEVER experienced such a loud apartment that boasts being a quiet community when you go into the leasing office. Maybe parts of it are, if youâre far from the road and maybe in the buildings that have recently needed reconstruction?? And maybe if youâre on the top floor? I donât know which building or apartment they were boasting about when they told me itâs quiet, I wouldnt hear the noise from the street, and things like that, but it certainly wasnât the one they then rented me. As we speak, I am sitting in my bedroom listening to the sounds of my neighbor showering. Fun, right?
Just donât rent here. Save your money and go up the street to The Seasons, which has WAY more reviews, better rankings, and provides a lot more amenities. I have had the pleasure of touring their property and the silence was beautiful.
