I've been living here with my daughter for the last three months. I cannot trust the management or staff. They lied to me about how quiet the apartments are...

This place is a circus. I would NOT recommend living here to anyone. When seeking information from the staff I received several different answers that in the end cost us a lot of money. They are not clear on the information given. Not to mention the whole lower half of the complex is falling due to the ground slipping and failing. These apartments were finished way too fast, a lot of corners were skipped during the building process. Over priced and underdelivered.

WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER LIVED. If they make a mistake they will not fix it. When we walked through the apartments we were promised outdoor storage, a pantry, and that a data package was included in our rent. Upon moving in we were moved into the wrong apartment and had to move again, none of the things promised above were actually included + our data fee was not included in rent it was in addition. Our fridge was broken and when we told them about it, they said they'd send someone in 3 days, 3 DAYS and would not compensate us for our wasted food AND the maintenance man thought he was alone and used my bathroom for a sold 20 mins. Our building has had foundation issues and was apparently "sliding off the mountain" they spent weeks digging out our building, jacking it up, and the building would shake from 7am-5pm and it was extremely loud. They didn't give us any warning they were doing it, just started one day. Fast forward a year and they are now digging up all the roads, garages, and the parking lot. There is no parking and you literally have to hike into your building. It has nearly been a year since they started and it's still not even close to done. They did offer compensation for a little, stopped honoring the discount w/o telling anyone (I caught it from looking at my bill), and now they're giving it again. They made us move everything out of our garage and into one across our complex, we had our stuff in there a week when I noticed some stuff was missing. After searching and not finding it we confronted the front office and it turns out a worker had gone into the garage and rummaged through our things and took stuff to use for a project they were working on. They found our stuff inside an apartment, whoever used it just left it there. I felt extremely frustrated and the complex just acted like it was my problem. A few months later they said we had to move everything out of that garage into another within a few days because they rented that one out. It was annoying but we said ok, then they came back and said we didn't a few times and they'd let us know when they needed us to move. Cool, right? Nope! A month or so later we get a call from someone at the office, "are you ever going to move your stuff out of that garage? We have someone moving in in 3 days...". They then proceeded to offer a moving company at OUR expense. "because they already paid for one once so we need to this time..." Um, what? We finally got everything sorted out and moved, but again, FRUSTRATING. Other things that have been a pain: the air conditioning only works sometimes, you have to turn it off and almost let it recharge if it's on too long. Confronted the office about, again they acted like it was my problem and told me that it wasn't true. There have been a lot of giant spiders for people on the bottom level and I mean GIANT, like YOU CAN VIVIDLY SEE THEIR EYES FROM A DISTANCE. Rattlesnake issues as well. BUT you can't spray your apartment, the complex "has" to, yet they never will. I've had friends move out because of this and because the complex never did a thing about it after promising over and over their company would spray. The same friends also were told, "we don't have a mailbox for you". The walls are paper thing that I can hear every. single. neighbor conversations. If people are talking in the parking lot, it sounds like they're in your house. The amenities are not worth it. They up sale you on everything, they are constantly finding ways to charge you more and more for literally NOTHING. I now examine my bill at least twice a month because I don't trust them and believe you me I have found many a strange charges that were "accidents". A lot of other residents have complained of the same things/other things as well and have held meetings to discuss the complex. There are a lot of unhappy people here. The front office is terrible. We have also been incentivized in the past to leave 5 star reviews, so be wary.

I've been living here with my daughter for the last three months. I cannot trust the management or staff. They lied to me about how quiet the apartments are when I sat down with them to negotiate the lease. My daughter has a heart defect and the only thing I requested was a quiet apartment. Seven leasing agents (including management) were dishonest about how the windows are double paned and the walls are thick. They decided to stick me up against the busiest road and "guaranteed" me that it would be quiet. I hear every car, motorcycle, semi, truck, and loud noise from traverse mountain road. The staff also harassed my daughter's cardiologist to have him verbally verify that he signed their required documents. His office manager confirmed that they were attempting to break Hippa rules. When I asked to be moved to a different and quieter apartment, the management waived the $500 fee but, still estimated that it will cost me about $400 for cleaning fees to move out. This place is the absolute worst! Every apartment is charged with a technology package that is $130 per month and it is required. I would recommend to stay away from this complex and go somewhere else. I am looking forward to moving out.
