The location and neighborhood are great and the apartments are generally nice although very noisy and cleaning of the common areas of the buildings is inexistent. They have multiple fees on top of the advertised rent, make sure to check on those before signing your lease.
Move in and move out experience was really bad. The apartment was given to us very dirty, when we asked for a joint inspection and cleaning the office said they couldn't do anything about it before our move in date and we took the apartment as is and took on ourselves to clean and sanitize since we have a baby. At move out we received a statement with very high charges for cleaning, repairs and incorrect utilities fees /edit clarification: condo shared utilities/ even though we had left the apartment in immaculate condition. The lease includes a rate sheet for cleaning and damages which is good for nothing as the management will just charge arbitrary fees 3 to 4 times higher. Although the management says that there are only passing charges from their vendors, they were not able to provide any invoice, they refused to conduct a joint walkthrough but they did try to use pictures that we had ourselves taken of pre-existing damages at move in to justify one of their cost. We provided multiple evidences of why the fees were unjustified and they dropped some charges but still maintained some abusive fees. I guess this is just part of their standard practice to get additional revenue for this place. In some of the answers to other reviews, they blame the former manager who left but we interacted with both and the new team has not really been better, although slightly more polite.
I imagine most people are like us and just want to move on so they end up paying but if you are a tenant there be prepared.
