Let's start with the good things: The apartments themselves are phenomenal. You get your own garage! The staff is incredibly helpful and the grounds are always well-kept. The location is ideal for nearly everyone: right off the freeway, surrounded by food and places to work, it's great! They take care of all the maintenance and the community is awesome! The bad things: There's a fee for literally everything and none of it is optional. The garage costs extra, the data package (which includes cable, internet, and a land line phone) is an extra $100 on top of the rent. I don't even own a TV! Want to renew your lease? That's a fee. Want to switch to a new apartment? Another fee. Overall, the place is awesome, but it's owned by a corporation out to get your money and that's *very* obvious when you live here.

Katherine and Miah are awesome. It's been a great experience living here. My lease is up in a couple months so I will write a more thorough review based off my experience as a whole. Everything from getting lease papers signed to moving out. To be continued.. :)

DO NOT STAY HERE! THEY'LL ROB YOU OF ALL YOUR MONEY! 1) They charge 100$ apart from the base rent for the data package whether you want it or not 2) They charge 100$ for parking garage whether you want it or not. 3) If God forbid you do have a pet, they take 600$ in deposit for it and only 300$ are refundable (which they obviously won't refund) 4) If under any circumstances you need to leave, they'd give you no assistance in finding a subleaser and would tell you to go to KSL or something even though they can easily get people to sub lease your apartment, 5) They charge 500$ as a lease transfer fee! (Good luck finding a sub leaser then especially for an over charged luxury apartment) 6) They make you pay utility bills even though you might not have lived in the apartment till the end of your lease in case you relocate. 7) If you loose a crappy gym fob they charge another 50$ for replacement. My experience living there was horrible and they returned no portion of my deposits claiming they had to clean the apartment. Even if that was the case it would not cost them an entire 500$ worth of deposit money to do so. They charged me another 184$ for the utilities I had never used. The apartments in all are beautiful, however they come with a BIG price. They're basically leeches sucking money out of you.

Cresthaven apartments are perfect for families! If you want to make instant friends and you want your kids to make friends, this is the place for you. It’s a very quiet, safe neighborhood. There's lots of diversity here too which makes it feel more like home. It’s the perfect location for anyone who works in SLC or Provo. Plus, you can't beat the shopping and highly ranked traverse mtn elementary. These apartments are beautiful inside and out. The management will take care of all your needs in a swift timely manner and if you have issues with your neighbors they go above and beyond in trying to accommodate all parties. I've lived on the bottom floor of these apartments with 2 school aged kids running around and the noise level about a 2 on a scale of 1-10 (1 being quiet). I've also lived in the middle unit in which the noise level was pretty much a 1. No need to worry about noise. These are the best apartments in Utah valley! You will not be disappointed NOW, to the narcissistic, entitled girl that lived below my uncontrollable children: I'm sorry I didn't abide by your rules and unrealistic demands that you made on me and my family, I'm sorry that ALL children like to play and can’t sit all day to accommodate your schedule, I'm sorry your baby can’t sleep through apartment noise and I'm sorry the world doesn't revolve around you, though you think it does. We tried to accommodate your will, by leaving the house everyday for hours on end to make you happy, but everyday I’d to come home to a complaint. You are UN-PLEASABLE! STOP YOUR CANCEROUS SENSE OF ENTITLEMENT AND BE GRATEFUL FOR WHAT THE WE DID TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR SENSITIVE EARS, UNREALISTIC SCHEDULE AND BABY. ALSO, BE GRATEFUL FOR WHAT THE OFFICE DID TO ACCOMMODATE YOU.

We've lived here for 8 months and have never had any issues. Office staff is super friendly & accommodating. Prices aren't bad. I do wish there was another option for the cable/phone/internet as we don't use the phone portion and would love faster internet speeds, but it's not terrible. Love where we live and that it's so close to everything, but still feels secluded. We're on the top floor so no noise, with the exception of the wind but that's to be expected in this area.

This place is the worst! DO NOT MOVE HERE! The management is completely horrible and unwilling to work with you at all. There are a TON of hidden fees! Do...

The apartments themselves are pretty nice but they will charge you for everything. Parking is a nightmare as well as the mail. We enjoyed our stay but would not recommend them to anyone.

The apartments are nice since they are brand new and the location is great. However there are many hidden fees and a management that seems overbearing. The listed rent does not include cable/internet/phone, water/sewer/garbage, extra parking etc. all of this will be added to your rent. There are also fines for just about everything(any small damage to the apartment like a hole in the wall for a picture is $50 per hole). Also if you need to sell your contract before your lease is up there is a $500 transfer fee. Since living here we have received many notes from management reporting other tenants misconduct and the fines that are attached. We've even had notes with pictures of other tenants that are breaking rules posted on our door with warnings about fines. To us this seems overbearing and frankly a disrespect of privacy.
