Great location. Very nice apartments. Friendly and cooperative management. You can have your own attached garage (for lower levels), and the apartment includes a full-size washer and dryer. I deducted 1 star each for the noise, and the mandatory lack-luster data package that you can't upgrade. I'm a light sleeper, and they either didn't install sound proofing insulation, or it is terribly insufficient. The hard wood floors look nice, but they're a light sleepers nightmare. I haven't had a decent nights sleep in months. If you're not a light sleeper like me then I don't think this would be a problem. The data package is a meager ~12 Mbps. Luxury utilities are a highly personal choice, and IMO apartments should never force them on you because they just can't win. A large number of tenants will always be upset by the choice either because it's too expensive, or doesn't provide all of the options that they want. That said, this is a tech-centered area, so I think that if they were going to force a data package on you they should choose an ISP that has an upgrade path at least. 12Mbps when there is 105Mbps in the area with other providers is frustrating beyond belief.

We love everything about the apartment itself- it is open and spacious, with high ceilings and granite countertops. We also really love the wood floors. We LOVE the office staff. They are very friendly and accomodating, and if we ever have a problem they work with us. There are just a few complaints: 1- We live on the second story above our neighbors garage. It is nice that we don't have to be super quiet to not disturb anyone below, but when the garage is opened or closed it's like an earthquake to us! 2- Our bedroom is on corner of the building where the dumpster is located. The garbage man comes on Friday AND Saturday sometimes (two days in a row!?), and he comes as early as 6AM! For my husband who is a full time student, it would be nice to be able to sleep in on Saturday mornings. The garbage truck is even louder than the garage downstairs, and wakes us up every time without fail. 3- The digital package. With rent, you are required to pay $90/mo for Dish TV, internet and a land line. My husband and I hardly watch TV, and have no use for a land line. It would have been nice if we had a choice in what services we wanted. 4- The complex is VERY new. There is constant construction going on, but it should be done soon (we hope). This summer, the pool and park area should be done, which will be great! Other than those few things, we love it. The location is amazing, and the neighborhood is great. When we grow out of our apartment I'd like to move some place in the surrounding developments. In the end, the pros outweigh the cons, so I give Cresthaven 4 stars.

My husband and I moved in here 2 months ago.. we love our apartment. It's a beautiful complex.. but we are so fed up with the mail situation. We haven't received any of our mail since we have moved in. Between the workers here and the post office nobody can seem to get it together and I'm expecting very important hospital bills that are now late... probably going to have to get my mail sent to my parents house which is a giant pain to have to drive to another city just to get my mail. Also the parking here is a joke. Not enough parking at all. And they are very slow at snow removal (and for a pregnant lady going up and down stairs it's hard)... I feel our rent should have a discount if we aren't able to live our lives normally. I love this apartment but probably won't stay when our contract is up if they can't figure things out.

THE MANAGEMENT IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST. I have never cursed so much in my life than in dealing with the management. The apartments are beautiful but NOT...
